WUVC 40 to Air After the Storm Special “Enfoque Latino” Public Affairs Show

Information useful for Hispanic families on how to rebuild after Hurricane Isabel’s aftermath


Fayetteville, NC -- In response to the aftermath of Hurricane Isabel, Univision 40 will broadcast a special “Enfoque Latino” (Latino Focus) community affairs program today from 6:00 to 6:30 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 to 10:30 a.m.  This special edition of Enfoque Latino, will present the latest storm information, what to expect after the storm and how to deal with the common reactions to traumatic experiences.

Aside from airing the special “Enfoque Latino”, Univision 40 is airing Spanish language public service announcements and live cut-ins to inform the Hispanic community of the latest information regarding the storm.  This is the first time ever that Hispanics, in the Raleigh-Durham-Fayetteville and surrounding areas, are receiving live cut-ins in Spanish with the most up-to-date information.
