INFORMATION:
In her first starring role since her stellar performance in last year’s blockbuster hit “Rubí,” Jacqueline Bracamontes portrays the young and beautiful Miranda in Univision’s newest primetime novela, “Heridas de Amor” (Wounds of Love). Miranda can hardly wait for her fiancé Fabricio (José Luis Reséndez) to return from his studies in Europe to get married. The only problem is, Fabricio is indeed coming home to get married, but not to Miranda…he’s going to marry her sister (Karla Alvarez) instead.

To make matters worse, Fabricio returns with his best friend Alejandro, played by Guy Ecker, in his highly anticipated return to primetime television, who believes Miranda’s father is responsible for his own father’s death. Bitter and seeking revenge, Alejandro meets Miranda and develops feelings for her. Miranda finds herself reluctantly attracted to him, as well. And thus begins a love-hate relationship that takes place against a backdrop of a family in disarray, financial ruin, and rivals plotting against any hope of happiness.
