Solo Boxeo Celebrates its Second Anniversary in August with Four "Knock Out" Performances

Miami, FL -- After 88 successful broadcasts on Univision and TeleFutura, Solo Boxeo celebrates its two-year anniversary this August with four stellar boxing matches that will excite boxing fans across the country.   Each week, Solo Boxeo presents LIVE coverage of Hispanic boxers that showcase their athleticism and boxing prowess.  The colorful and highly informative Solo Boxeo announcers, Bernardo Osuna and Ricardo Celis, lend their passion for the sport to provide up-to-the-minute boxing coverage worldwide. 

Since its launch two years ago, Solo Boxeo has broadcast a myriad of fights organized by Top Rank, Main Events and Don Chargrin Productions, three of the most powerful boxing promoters in the industry.  In conjunction with these promoters, Solo Boxeo now brings you some of the most exciting fights of the year.  This powerful combination of promoters in concert with the highly competent efforts and experience of the production crew and sports announcers has made Solo Boxeo one of the most watched programs on TeleFutura. 

In August, every Friday at 9:00PM / 8:00PM Central, boxing fans will enjoy a series of hard-fought engagements which include the shot for a world champion title (“Mako” Leyva vs. Barrera), the return of a Former World Champion (Sánchez vs. Ramírez), a title defense (Archuleta vs. Valenzuela), and the return of a controversial boxer (Velardez vs. Ruiz)…Solo Boxeo is sure to keep you “ringside.”
